FOUR GENERATIONS GROWING IN NARAMATA, BC

Family owned and operated, Deep Roots Winery is perched on the clay cliffs above Okanagan Lake on the Naramata Bench. The Hardman family has been farming the land around the winery for 100 years, spanning 4 generations. After many years of selling grapes to other wineries, a leap was taken into winemaking and the production of their first vintage in 2012. The philosophy has always been to celebrate the exceptional fruit that grows in their vineyards ~ with wines that reflect pride in quality viticulture, with the hope you feel it when you taste it.

TWO VINEYARD SITES ON THE NARAMATA BENCH

Hardman Vineyard

Located at the Hardman home property on Aikins Loop, this nine acre vineyard grows Muscat, Gamay, Merlot and Malbec.

‍Rayners Vineyard

Found to the north of Naramata village, the Raynor property has been farmed for almost forty years and produces Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Malbec and Syrah over eleven acres.

Both properties were originally planted with fruit orchards contributing to the unique and rich terrior of the area. The vineyards are tended to by hand to ensure the best expressions of each varietal is achieved.
